April’s Cookbook Club pick  is The Best Casserole Cookbook Ever by Beatrice Ojakangas. Nominated for a James Beard award in 2009 and updated in 2022, this collection of over 500 recipes includes a cozy dish for every occasion. This month’s meetup will be Thursday, April 23rd at 6:00pm. 

Cookbook Club is a monthly meet-up where members each prepare a recipe from the month’s cookbook and discuss all things cooking and food over a shared meal. New participants are always welcome and cooks of all skill levels are encouraged to join!
