Renamed in 2018 to acknowledge the years of service and dedication toward the library, the Robert and Judy VanDongen Fund is a general fund for library services. Previously known as the Northeast Ottawa District Library Fund and later, the Coopersville Area District Library Fund, the fund was established by Robert and Judy VanDongen as an endowed fund to support the library and its operations. As an endowed fund, the principal remains invested through the Coopersville Area Community Foudnation. The library recieves a 4% grant (calculated over a three year rolling average) from this fund per year in support of its operations and programs. Visit the link below to donate directly to this fund.
