The Westrate Children's Library Endowment Fund and FASB Fund was established in 1999 by Mr. Benjamin Westrate. The endowed fund was established for the purpose of enhancing the effectiveness of the children's library at Coopersville Area District Library. The library recieves a 4% grant (calculated over a three year rolling average) from this fund per year in support of children's books and programs at the library. Coopersville Area District Library is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Coopersville Area District Library
